Quiches

Chicken Quiche


Materials

- Baking sheet

- Small frying pan (an increase in size may require larger portions of ingredients)

- Oven



Ingredients

- Seasoning (Garlic, Basil, Parsley, Oregano, salt, Black pepper)

- Pesto Sauce

- Spinach

- 3 Eggs

- Olive oil

- Shredded Cheese of choice (recommend: mozzarella)

- 2 small-sized Tortillas 

- Lemon

- Baked Chicken

- Shallots 



Cooking Steps

Steps:

  1. Oil a frying pan generously

  2. Lay 2 tortillas onto the pan.

  3. Place a handful of spinach on tortillas, as well as diced or cut shallots with spinach

  4. Place 3 eggs in spinach and shallots, and stir

  5. Season with all seasonings listed in the ingredient list

  6. Stir again

  7. Chop up chicken and place it with the ingredients in the pan, then stir.

  8. Sprinkle cheese lightly, then stir until mixed

  9. Sprinkle your chosen cheese over the top and garnish with parsley and pesto.

  10. Set oven to 455°F and place quiche inside for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.

  11. After cooking or taking out, squeeze lemon juice on top and enjoy.

Tater Quiche

Materials

- Baking sheet

- Small frying pan (an increase in size may require larger portions of ingredients)

- Pot (For Boiling water)

- Oven


Ingredients

- Small Potatoes

- Seasoning (Garlic, Basil, Parsley, Oregano, salt, Dash)

- Pesto Sauce

- Spinach

- 3 Eggs

- Olive oil

- Shredded Cheese of choice (recommend: mozzarella)

- 2 small-sized Tortillas 

- Lemon



Roasted Potato Part Recipe:10 - 15 minutes


Steps:

  1. Rinse off small potatoes

  2. Cut them all into fourths

  3. Place potatoes in a pot and bring to a boil until they are tender.

  4. Drain and dry potatoes and place on Baking Sheet, and season with salt, garlic, Oregano, Dash, and Basil)

  5. Drizzle olive oil on potatoes and place into the oven at 500°F until golden and crispy.

(Watch and flip potatoes for even cooking)

  1. After cooking, take out potatoes and let them rest


Quiche Part Recipe: 35 - 50 minutes


Steps:

  1. Prepare the skillet, lather it in olive oil, then place 2 tortillas in and lay them flat along the bottom and pan sides, and lather olive oil on the inside.

  2. Wash and place a handful of spinach into the tortilla bed.

  3. Crack 3 eggs into the spinach bed and whisk with the spinach until thoroughly combined.

  4. Add shredded cheese of choice with roasted potatoes and mix.

  5. Add additional cheese to the surface and garnish with parsley and drizzles of pesto.

  6. Place the skillet into the oven and cook at 455°F for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Take it out, squeeze lemon juice on top, let it rest for 5 - 10 minutes, and enjoy


Sandwhiches

Pastrami Sandwich

Materials

- Knife

- cutting board

- Airfrier/ or oven



Ingredients

- Ciabatta bread

- Munster Cheese

- Hot House Cucumber

- Pastrami

- Pesto

- Black Tomatoes

- Dijon Mustard

- Lemon

- Pepper

- Lime

-Olive oil


Cooking Steps

Steps:

Vegetable Preparation (1):

  1. Slice very thin cuts of cucumber. (around the thickness of your fingernail)

  2. Cut thin slices of tomato (around the thickness of your fingernail)

  3. Squeeze cut lemon and lime onto cucumber and tomato slices with pepper seasoning.

  4. Lightly drizzle olive oil onto cucumber and tomato.


Sandwich Preparation (2):

  1. Cut ciabatta bread into two buns, then coat the top bun lightly with pesto and the bottom with Dijon.

  2. Place 2-5 pieces of pastrami and/or meat of choice onto bottom bun and toast altogether until the pastrami turns a darkish red, then squeeze some lemon juice on top with pepper and place munster cheese on top.

  3. Pull out when the cheese is melted and turn light brown on top.

  4. Toast top bun with pesto in a toaster/oven.

  5. Place the tomato and cucumber on top bun and assemble the sandwich.

  6. Enjoy
